  • If you'd like to return your made-to-order goods, we issue store credit only (no refunds). If you wish to return your goods for store credit, please email us at

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs

  • We strongly recommend that you review your size before placing your order.

  • You can return the product within 7 days of delivery.

Can I exchange my customized product or an item on the sale page?

  • Customized goods that have been made to your specifications (size, style, cut, detailing, type of leather) cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items on sale or on the sale page (ctp) are final.
