All orders are shipped from our atelier in Spain via DHL Express.

We currently ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.

Orders shipped to the United States are subject to U.S. Customs regulations.

• Orders under $500 are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place).
  Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are determined by U.S. Customs and handled directly by DHL. DHL will contact you only if payment is required.

• Orders of $500 or more are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
  All import duties and taxes are fully covered by us. No additional charges on delivery.

Delivery Times

• Europe: 1–3 business days

• United States: 2–4 business days

• International: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs clearance.

We want to let you know about a change to our shipping policy for orders going to remote areas in the US. Because of the challenges in delivering to these locations, there will be an extra shipping charge of$20for these orders.

We know this may be unexpected, and we want to emphasize that this decision was made carefully. The extra shipping cost is needed to cover higher transportation expenses, longer delivery times, and the challenges of reaching remote locations.

Please check the list of these areas on our website so you can decide before completing your purchase.

Alaska: Parts of Alaska, especially in the northern and western regions, can be considered remote due to their distance from major population centers and challenging terrain.

Hawaii: While not remote in the same sense as some mainland areas, certain locations on the Hawaiian islands that are harder to access can incur additional shipping costs.

Western Mountain States: Some areas in states like Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, and Nevada have sparse populations and rugged landscapes, making shipping more challenging.

Rural Midwest: Certain rural areas in states like North Dakota, South Dakota, and Nebraska can be relatively remote due to their distance from major cities.

Appalachian Region: Remote pockets can be found in the Appalachian Mountains, spanning from the Northeast down to parts of the Southeast.

Desert Southwest: Some desert regions in Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah might be considered remote due to their arid landscapes and limited infrastructure.

Island Territories: U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, and the U.S. Virgin Islands can experience higher shipping costs due to their island locations.

Northern New England: Certain areas in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont, especially those far from major highways, might be considered remote.

All European orders are shipped from our atelier in Spain via DHL Express.

For deliveries within the European Union, all prices include applicable VAT.
There are no additional customs duties or import taxes on delivery.

Can my product be repaired if it has sustained any damage?

Yes, usually it can. We need to evaluate the damage before we can provide a solution.

1. Can I return/exchange my made-to-order product?

You can return your custom-made items for store credit or exchange, but we don't offer refunds.

To return your items for store credit, please email us at sabine@kikany.com.

NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend that you review your size before placing your order.

2. Can I return/exchange my custom made product?

Customized products made to your specifications (size, style, cut, details, type of leather) can't be returned or exchanged.

3. Can I return/exchange my product from the sale page?

Items on sale are final and can not be exchanged or returned

4. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
